1.Entrance Fee: Entrance fee of Php100.00/head will be collected for a day tour package
2.Check in time: The check in time for day tour guests is at 8:00am with check out at 5:00pm. For overnight guests, check in time is at 3:00pm with check out at 2:00pm.
3.Smoking: Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke at the porch area.
4.Corkage Fee: Corkage fee for all beverages, wines and liquor may vary for private individuals. For corporate bookings on the other hand, corkage fee is on a case-to-case basis, to be agreed upon in the process of finalizing booking.
5.Number of Guests per cottage: Guests are requested to adhere to the established maximum capacity per cottage. However, allowance is given such that only

• 6 (+2 pax) – 300/pax
• 12 (+3 pax) – 300/pax
• 15 (+5 pax) – 300/pax
*Dorm Rooms are not included*
6.Bringing of food: Since most of the cottages are equipped with a kitchen, guests are allowed to bring in food and cook their own meals except for guests of the following cottages: Dapo Rooms and Dormitory Rooms. Corporate clients with participants of 30 and above are not allowed to bring in food and are required to order meals from Kabayan Beach Resort.
7.Appliance: Guests who prefer to bring their own appliance will be charged Php200/piece of appliance for each night of stay. On the other hand, bringing home of appliances, fixtures, and utensils provided by Kabayan at the rooms/ cottages is strictly prohibited. Should a guest want to bring home any of these, he/she is requested to inform management for the corresponding charges.
8.Cleanliness: Guests are obliged to make an effort to keep the resort surroundings and the beach clean. Guests are expected to refrain from throwing rubbish anywhere other than the trash bins which are strategically located within the premises. The resort practices waste segregation as part of its zero-waste management program.
9.Guest Behavior: Guests who disrupt peace within the premises may be asked by the management to leave the resort. Likewise, fighting and bringing/ using of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and can warrant ejection from the resort. Bringing of firearms is not allowed.
